Terms and Conditions

All new participants are entitled to a free trial week to pick the best class that suits their timetable.
All fees are due by the end of week 3 in the term.
A $5.00 follow up fee will be charged each time the desk ninja must chase up a payment.
As part of our development and marketing program, we will be taking video and photos. By becoming a student of Tenshi-Do Martial Arts you hereby give permission for this to be done. See our Privacy Policy for further information.

The second member of the family will receive a 10% discount on their term fees.
The third member of the family will receive a 20% discount on their term fees.
The discounted price is for siblings in the same family only.
The fourth family member can enrol and train for free. – Must be a part of the same family.

The term is designated by the state school system, the average being 10 weeks.
Grading is by selection only at the end of the term.
There are no classes during the school holidays or on public holidays.
If for any reason you can not attend a class you can make up a class of your choice during that term.
Make up classes can roll over into the following term however the full fee will still apply.
Out of courtesy please inform the Sensei if you choose to cancel your enrolment.

It is the student / parent / guardians responsibility to inform the Sensei of any injuries / medical conditions before the class has started.
For conditions of safety for all students it is compulsory to purchase the protective gear on enrolment. This will need to be updated throughout the students training at Purple, Red and Junior/ Senior Black.
All students participate at their own risk.
All students are required to follow the DOJO KUN at all times during their training.
Tenshi-Do Martial Arts reserves the right to dismiss any student, at any time for misconduct or actions that do not uphold the philosophies of Tenshi-Do Martial Arts.
